Arguably, they have better stadia. But that’s it. Better cases? I don’t think so. 

If Salford are penalised enough, there’s a small chance we’ll get in as a top 12 IMG club. 


Otherwise it’s a top 2 pick. And those criteria would seem to be weighted towards what 9 SL chairmen want. (Both Hulls voted against, Wigan abstained). 


And the SL chairmen want more money, long term. And that is a better tv deal - which would suggest big city uk clubs with name recognition outside of the M62 and/or more travelling away fans. And we tick both those boxes.

But seriously the club appear to be back on the right track and working hard on what I imagine is still a tight budget - we probably do need to focus on what we are doing well at. There are plenty of other empty heads on social media who will point on the obvious re the stadium etc.


I know for a fact, that some of the parents and kids invited to recent community takeover games are coming again to further Bulls matches. The Friday night matches are proving to be quite successful at creating a positive fan experience.
